If you are on dialup make sure you order the CD by mail versions ($9.95 shipping). There is a 7 day period before downloads expire. We currently prefer Paypal transactions, and Check / Money Orders. There are no refunds on purchases through the Chip Collection Online Store with the exception of a product that was not delivered due to website failure or Postal Service error.
